Makilly D Z finished in second place in the older fillies at Z-Festival. Her sire Mylord Carthago is a stallion that perfectly fits in this collection of auction foals. As a 4-, 5- and 6-yr-old he reached the finals of the French championships for young horses in Fontainebleau. Under Penelope Leprevost he later won the GPs of Chantilly, Saint-Lo, La Courneuve and many more. He was part of the silver-winning French team at the WEG in Kentucky in 2010. Mylord Carthago also has two half-brothers jumping at GP level, namely Bamako de Muze and Norton D’Eole. The dam’s line of Makilly, the Dutch Hilly line, more than proved its value with horses such as Repper (R.Linsen), Darcon (J. Smith-N. Vanderplaetsen), Zidane D (P. McEntee), Zargo (E. Hendrix), Kalusha (J. Vrieling) and Turbo R (J. Lansink).
