To double an interesting stallion in a pedigree is a method that has always been preferred by Zangersheide. In the case of Charlie La Loi Z this concerns the stallion Carthago Z. For Ann Van Heyst Poppel this experiment turned out well. Her foal only just missed the finals at Z-Festival, but was liked by everyone. Charlie La Loi sire’s is the very handsome young Casall son Casago, one of the licensed sons of the stallion-producing mare Larthago. She also gave birth to VDL Harley and Cevin Z. Charlie’s dam Upswing is a daughter of Hors la Loi en Marthago. This mare is, like Larthago, a daughter of Carthago Z. She also already produced several licensed stallions, namely Chuck Z (Champion du Lys), Colorado (Calido I) and Silverstone.
