Spring Stallion Selection 2015

The selection starts on Saturday 4 April and end on Sunday 5 April. The Easter selection coincides this year with the Z- Tour. The stallion selection is open for stallions of at least 3-yr-old (and registered in a studbook recognized by the WBFSH). Zangersheide considers it one of its foremost task as a studbook to make and keep breeding as healthy as possible and that also applies to the selection of candidate sires, which are therefore subjected to a stiff medical screening. On Saturday the criteria conformation and free jumping are assessed. On Sunday the stallions under saddle are assessed, then there is a second viewing of the free jumping candidates after which the international jury will give its final decision.
